Industry: IT Managed Services
We work with a leading provider of outsourced IT services to a wide variety of customers from world leading credit card companies through to a long standing Premier League football club in England. TenderWrite have worked with the company to evaluate their strategy for working towards more localised public sector contracts as the company looks to increase its local target customer base. TenderWrite have completed a Tender Health Check Review and following this there is a clear strategy with timescales in place to help move the business forwards.

Industry: Telematics and Fleet Management
We work with one of the UK’s leading providers of GPS based vehicle tracking systems. The company had been trading for over a decade but hadn’t felt ready to take on public sector clients. TenderWrite’s lead consultant reviewed the needs of the business and was able to directly tender for a range of contracts across the whole of Wales, Yorkshire and into Scotland – achieving notable success with some of the largest local authorities including Glasgow City Council amongst others.

As a result of this work, the company significantly increased its turnover, profitability and staffing levels and has since cemented its position as the leading provider of vehicle tracking systems into the public and private sector markets in the UK.

Industry: Fire and Security
We work with a fire company who had been trading for twenty years but found the Public Sector market impossible to break into – despite numerous attempts both locally and regionally. TenderWrite’s lead consultant reviewed the strengths and weaknesses of the business and improved their industry accreditations, particularly in the Health and Safety field. As a result, the business was able to then tender successfully for new clients who included a fast growing major University in Cheshire, major local authorities and one of the UK’s largest facilities management providers with a turnover in excess of £450 million. As a result of this work, turnover in the company has more than doubled and profitability on these contracts has also increased.

Industry: Digital Marketing
We helped the largest digital marketing agency in Wales review their ability to tender successfully and created a library of documents to enable more efficient responses to PQQ documents. We played an instrumental part in helping the company land a coveted place on a major UK wide digital services framework agreement from the UK Government as part of our work with them.

Industry: Construction
We work with a well established construction company in North Wales - helping them tender for projects in North Wales and the North West.  We've helped them secure nearly £2M of new contracts in the last year alone.  We work on the quality aspects of each bid - working with the different departments in the company to produce some great examples.  We leave the pricing and estimating to the experts though!

Industry: Telehealth Services
We work with a global provider of healthcare services, including medicines and cutting edge digital healthcare technology.  With a turnover of £900M in the UK, we were approached to review a recent unsuccessful ITT submission.  We worked in-house with the company to identify areas needing improvement.  We followed this by creating a clear project plan to improve these areas - and then worked with the existing team to develop new policies and new examples of text to improve their proposals.

Industry: Private Vehicle Transport
We worked with a leading transport company in London, specialising in private hire transport solutions for vulnerable adults and young people.  With three consecutive major tenders to bid for, we stepped in to support their Commercial Director complete compelling tender responses for the three opportunities.  The company was successful with this project and TenderWrite were able to massively reduce the stress/burden on the company.  Definitely a 'win win' situation all round!

Industry: Marine Vessel Construction
We were approached by a major manufacturer of sea craft for specialist applications.  They had a major PQQ to submit to a major buyer in the UK market.  We worked closely with the company MD to develop and structure a range of answers to questions - both commercial and technical.  We worked in-house with the company due to the specialist nature of the industry - in order for us to gain as much knowledge as we could as quickly as possible.

Industry: Grounds Maintenance and Tree Management
We work with a Lincolnshire and Eastern England based specialist in Grounds Maintenance Services.  A regular client, they consistently tender to social housing providers, facilities management companies and local authorities.  With some fairly unique selling points in their business, we helped them develop and describe these USP's for tender submissions.  Our work is helping them win more contracts and more business.  We continue to support them with outsourced bid writing services.

Industry: Recruitment Services
A long term client is on the UK's leading providers of specialist interim staff to major healthcare organisations, including the NHS.  With framework contracts increasingly covering this type of staff provision, TenderWrite have supported the company with bid writing and bid management work.  As a fast paced London business, key staff are time limited and TenderWrite have taken the tendering burden off their hands, completing submissions remotely.  This process has yielded successful results on major frameworks including HMRC and Cabinet Office led projects in recent years.  TenderWrite have also supported the company with specialist tender submissions in the Middle East region too.

Industry: Major Procurement Frameworks
In 2017, we were approached by two different clients to help them with submissions to the Fusion 21 compliance frameworks.  One client went for Lot 5 - Fire Risk Assessments.  The other went for Lot 7 - Active Fire Safety.  TenderWrite bid managed a considerable amount of people and resource for both projects, also writing the method statements for both companies.  Both companies were successful in gaining very high scores and being accepted onto each lot.  Combined and estimated value of the framework over the next four years is approx £28 million.
